Full payment for products must be made at the time of purchase online or instore. If agreed by ttMall, a deposit may be paid for special or custom made products, with the balance of payment to be made prior to delivery being arranged. 


ttMall Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes. The warranty commencement period starts from the date the goods are received. 


Please make sure you visit our website for warranty periods as different manufacturers have different warranties. 


Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floorstock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product. In addition, this Warranty will not apply if:

(a)      Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by ttMall.

(b)     The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product and/or any relevant care instructions.

(c)      The customer uses the product in a manner not intended for the goods, for example, if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or extreme cold, not maintained properly or used after partial failure.

(d)     The products have been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to incorrect electrical supply or inconsistent electrical supply or used with inappropriate accessories.

(e)      The product is tampered with in any way.

(f)       The product’s serial number, as applied by the manufacturer, has been altered or removed from the product. 


If there is a major failure with the product, the customer is entitled to:

(a)      Reject the product and get a refund;

(b)     Reject the product and get an identical replacement, or one similar in value if reasonably available; or

(c)      Keep the product and obtain compensation from ttMall for the drop in value of the product caused by the major failure.

If there is a minor failure with the product, the customer is entitled, at the election of ttMall, to:

(a)      A replacement of the product or

(b)     Have the product repaired within a reasonable time. 


For products (excluding upholstered and furniture products, clearance and sale products, products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products or products that have defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the products) collected and paid for at the time of purchase online or instore, in the situation where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the ttMall product, you are permitted to return or exchange the items within 7 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping cost.

If there is a change of mind on a product, it may be returned within 7 days, if the product is in it’s original and good condition packaging intact (unmarked, unused & not assembled).

Date of Receipt  is determined by the later date of either the delivery order showing the date when the product was delivered, or the receipt or invoice for the product.

*Except as set out above, ttMall shall not accept a cancellation for change of mind by a customer, unless ttMall chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.


Notwithstanding any other provision of these items and conditions, orders for products which are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, custom fabric products or any other custom made products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer can not be cancelled or returned if the customer no longer wants the products.


To claim under the Warranty or a consumer guarantee, you must notify ttMall by ringing 03 9558 2728 or emailing sales@ttmall.com.au and return the product for repair/inspection as requested.

You will be required to pay for the associated costs (including any freight and insurance charges) unless these costs are significant in which case we will arrange for the product to be assessed either at your premises or ours at our cost. Sometimes we may have to forward the product to the manufacturer or repair agent and liaise with them. Before a claim will be processed we require proof of purchase from you, which shall comprise the original sales docket receipt or another form of proof of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
